The truth of our Existence

Eternity was hidden
Love was unbidden
No light shone through
Darkness held tight to its screw
 
What came to this world
What came as a calamity unfurled
Was none other than the Lord’s wrath
He could no more bear with creation’s aftermath
 
Sunk down to an abyss
Humanity lives only amidst crisis
Forgotten have we of the Lord
Forgotten have we that we should take Him onboard
 
Hence I bid the wind to carry to Him my message
My Lord is the only one to save me from this cage!
