When placed in Love's presence
The calm that settles over me
Feels like the magic of a rainbow
As it appears over the mountains and the fields
Signifying the end of the storm!
Love, so I accepted
Because He remains so human
Yet, so Godly,
Having chosen to fall from his abode
To save my broken soul
From the sufferings I inflicted upon myself
Hoping,
That by doing such,
I would even forget about Love,
Being what He is,
A God,
Whose power shall never have a rival!
Pray, the howling winds amidst the warmth of the sunshine
Tends to imply that here,
Sweetness is nevertheless meant to be accompanied with harshness
Love, being at arm's reach
Love, yet, being trapped
In Maya's veil,
So that merely wanting to be lost
In Love's arms
And to tell him of His Godly nature
Remains a task so herculean!
Why, when placed on Life's scale,
My fiery passionate feelings
For Love;
Whether as a God or in human form,
Remain unshaken!
Yes, for Love, I shall swallow dirty water if need be
For Love, I shall sleep among vipers
And I shall even crawl in the mud!
The temporary facets of Earthly life
Scare me not
What triggers me
Is whether Love knows
About Himself
Or, if, with Maya coiled around Him,
He has allowed himself no room
To be anything else
Other than life's puppet!
