When the wind blew away my veil
I was left all weak and frail
My facade of strength
Became imbibed with the stench of death
And then came a new breeze
Light as it was, it put me to ease
Sent from a cloud, from my guardian
Who could not bear my pain, so draconian
And I smiled
Though the wind was wild
For I sensed the grace
And visualised his face
Him who makes himself felt
Once despair and doom are spelt
And when the wind flew away my veil
I could not but be happy to be embarked on a new trail!
